It’s no secret that Sezane is one of my favourite brands. I follow them and love their aesthetic and attention to detail. Even though I must confess, I do not shop there as much I’d like to ;). The first release of spring collection is out now and there are certainly pieces on the site that are on my ever growing wish list. When I share what I like in this post, I will not strictly stick to the latest collection but look at the items that I think will be perfect for upcoming season. In this post I share what I love from Sezane for this spring!
Even though, they are mostly known for their knitwear, Sezane offers beautiful clothing line and everything that comes in it. I have quite a few pieces from them and love to see what they bring in their collection every season. I shared a detailed review in my earlier post.
Dresses and Jumpsuits
1. Dress Sol
I love the embodied detail and the flair of the dress. Available in 3 different colors, i prefer the one with black background and ecru embroidery. I have a top in blue in similar embroidery. I love it!
2. Dress Shauna
A light floral dress with a V neckline. This is a blend of viscose and wool. Perfect for those warmer spring days. Also available in black if you aren’t a big fan of floral print.
Dress Dora – SÉZANE X ROBERTO RUSPOLI
I couldn’t find a pinterest link here. The dress has a beautiful print in a linen and viscose combination.
3. Dress LAURETTA
4. Jumpsuit kaou
A 100% organic cotton denim jumpsuit with short sleeve with lining. This is a new release for this spring season.
5. Dress adele
A cotton dress with embroidery. The classic collar, belt and pockets make it one of my favourite cuts.
5. Knit dress
There are a lot of knit dress options that are not a part of this spring collection. However, for someone like me who feels cold in summer as well. A good knit dress is real nice. I have this beige dress in merino wool I bought a few months ago. The color and merino wool will be perfect for chilly Spring days. Although this exact one is not available. There are plenty of options like Dress Katrina, Dress Evelyn, and Dress Amandine.
Tops
Sezane always has a nice collection of blouses and tops, There are quite a few that will be perfect this spring.
6. BLOUSE PIERRO – SÉZANE X ROBERTO RUSPOLI
Blouse Piero is part of Sezane’s signature collection. They release new colors and prints every season. The collaboration with Roberto Ruspoli for spring is a beautiful one.
7. Blouse tomboy
This is another one of their classic pieces that are always a part of their collection. I love almost all the versions of it. whether it’s classic white or a printed or an embodied version. For this spring this denim with floral embroidery seems perfect. In fact it can be styled through summer and until autumn. This one definitely is going to my basket soon.
8. Top Milane
This knitted top in organic cotton is available in ecru and black and I am in love with both.
Knitwear
9. Vest Ruben
Similar to Top Milane this is a thin cotton knitted vest available in black and ecru. I have this one in black and I love to style it on top of a sleeveless top in chilly summer evenings or just as a top in those spring days.
10. Vest Gaspard
This is almost a cult classic. A thin cardigan in mohair blend in all the possible hues. Soft pastel shades on pinks and blues will make it a perfect cardigan for spring days. Wear it tight or oversized, tucked in or free flowing. It looks good in every way.
11. Sweater Pelagie
This ecru sweater with blue floral print is made for spring! Imagine roaming in lavender fields in in this attire. Do you feel less than a modern day princess? 🙂
12. Sweatshirts
I love Sezane’s sweatshirts! The muted colors and subtle branding with quality embroidery is all that i look for in a good sweatshirt. For this season I have my eyes on Sweatshirt Demain and Sweatshirt La Superbe.
Jackets and Coats
13. Mantle Leo
This coat is what inspired this post in the first place. It’s been a while that I have been waiting to try a Sezane coat. I settled to pick the Leo coat from Sezan’e archives collection. (Still available in archives) In the shop collection, it’s as of now available in rose and black color. Since they didn’t have my size in rose and I already have neutral coats in black and tan I decided to go a bit bold and chose the ecru color with floral print. In preparation for my then upcoming trip to India in Feb and march I thought it will be perfect. (It was so hot, I didn’t wear it once :)) In any case I am looking forward to style it for the spring season in the Netherlands.
14. BLAZER RENATO
If you are looking for something floral though. This blazer Renato is perfect. It comes with a belt that gives you more options to style it.
15. Jacket CHristie
This is also a part of their evergreen collection. I am looking forward to add this to my collection in a few shades at least. I own a will jacket from Sezane so far for a casual look. A Christie jacket will be a good option for those more formal occasions.
Sezane has a variety of boots that will pair wonderfully with all the attires above. For the the purpose of this post I am not sharing boots but these pair of sandals that caught my eye. The Florence Sandal is elegant and in my favorite color ecru. What I also love about Sezane shoes is the sizing option. They cater to sizes starting from 35 that’s not available in all brands. I haven’t tried anything in shoes from Sezane yet though, I’m not sure if that will change before this post goes live. 🙂
