Spring is here undoubtedly. After a few months of hide and seek with Sun I’m glad to see the bright days and longer hours of daylight. Usually a fan of Autumn Winter months, I am surprisingly excited to shed some layers and bask in the afternoon sun. I can already envision walks on the beach and pleasant breeze. You can also see my post about the expected trends this spring summer. While I can’t wait to dig in m y closet and bring back the summery pieces. Here’s what’s on my Spring Summer wish-list –
Jumpsuits
This is one piece I have been thinking to add to my collection for a long time now. I haven’t found the right one yet. I’ve had my eyes on Cotton, Denim, silk all the possible fabrics, yet the search is still on. Looking at the new in collection for Spring summer. I am quiet in a vacation mood and can’t take my eyes of some of the pieces from Sezane, Doen and Mango.
Light and airy dresses
As a kid and even a young adult, watching movies like the Notebook, I used to dream about wearing a floral sun dress and a straw hat roaming on the cobbled streets somewhere in Europe. It still seems like a fantasy world even when it’s only been a few months since I did that. 🙂 There are a couple of dresses from last year that I can’t wait to wear and a few I am contemplating to add to my collection –

Skirts
It’s been a while since I wore short skirts. Previous summer I practically lived in dresses and shorts. This year I am thinking to experiment with skirts as well. Mainly for that holiday feel. A few I have my eyes on –

- Linen skirt with belt – Mango
- Skirt Sandy in Fuchia – Sezane

Summary feminine tops
Now, this is an area I want to experiment. Usually my uniform is a t-shirt and a cardigan on top. I’d like to try a few feminine tops this time. You know with those frills on intricate details. These are a few I have my eyes on –

White / Off-white Jeans
Neutral shades in Spring Summer are soothing to the eye and just seem comfortable from the look of it. I do have an off-white denim from Levi’s however I am still looking for a better one. Something that is even less see through. I see options in every possible brand – Mango, Zara, H&M, Levi, Everlane, Sezane.
